The Ark-02 foundation ( the Ark ) is a not for profit joint venture which utilizes Canadian Science and Technology in partnering agreements with specialist vendors to provide for the essential needs of Canadian communities.

Ark's objective, in collaboration with individual communities, is to arrange the necessary components for completion of infrastructure projects related to the provision of the following

Continuous supplies of potable water
Housing built to meet the increased demands of climate change on their communities
The means to grow food that would otherwise require transportation from outside the community
The means to use environmental impact neutral sources of electrical energy for domestic and commercial needs
The means to prevent local environmental pollution through waste stream management
The necessary skills and training to develop, maintain and sustain the above
The opportunity to establish local businesses and market them inside and outside the community

Shelter

Shelter in the form of single, multiple and communal buildings built to weather the effects of climate change and be environmentally neutral

Food

The ability to grow food locally all year round

Hydrogen, solar and wind clean energyTome

Our associate vendors

Our associate vendors are making a difference in their lives and our living planet. Whether its using clean energy, growing food locally, chemical free clean water, generating environmentally netural sewage or building Hurricane resistent modular housing. The return on investment can be as simple heating your house while the hydrogen fuel is generating electricty or squestering biomass CO2 in environmentally friendly building materials. Ark-02 works with those companies which have a proven track record in their fields of expertise

Communities we currently are working with

Our First Nation partners work with Ark in ways that reinforce their values and traditions as stewards of the land, who harvest and nurture life and living. Land of the Dancing Deer Centre on the Grand and Wiikwemkoong First Nation are investigating new clean energy/housing/water/waste/food production strategies. These strategies will positively impact the environment, develop new skills and create permanent local jobs.
